Nino was born in East L.A. and grew up in Echo Park/Silverlake. He graduated from CSULA and Point Loma University. His on-air career began in Oxnard, then it was back to Los Angeles on various stations. He headed south to San Diego for a while and then back to Los Angeles on MEGA 100 and now MOVIN 93.9!
